Can I create a registry for those that compete in both hunters and jumpers? It's formal name would be Hunter Jumper Association
Requirements would be that the horse have at least a 5 jumping rating to be registered as a hunter jumper, 6 as an elite hunter jumper, and 7 as a top hunter jumper. I'd have an incentive for stallions and mares registered. I was thinking maybe my association could host schooling shows as practice for the local, regional and national shows, and give year end points. And maybe I could host one big championship show a year that you would have to qualify for, kind of like pony finals but for all horses. We could have breeding/confo classes, and it could be judged on the sire and dam's combined points.
