VENTURE FARMS SPORT HORSE SHOW
Welcome to the first annual Venture Farms Sport Horse Show - a licensed SHR competition, offering a variety of classes. To attract more entries, classes are open to unregistered horses, but prize money will only be paid out to registered horses.
Jumper Division
To be judged by a randomizer. Horse and rider combination will be entered once for every point of jumping score they have; a horse scoring 7 would have 7 entries in the randomizer, while a horse scoring 4 would have four entries.
Limit Jumper: Open to horses with a jumping score of 6 or lower
Open Jumper: Open to horses with a jumping score of 7 or higher
Hunter Division
To be judged by a randomizer. Horse and rider combination will be entered once for every point of jumping and dressage score they have, divided by two and rounded up; a horse scoring 14 in combined jumping and dressage would have 7 entries in the randomizer, while a horse scoring 10 would have five entries.
Limit Hunter: Open to horses with a combined jumping and dressage score of 12 or lower
Open Hunter: Open to horses with a combined jumping and dressage score of 13 or higher
Dressage Division

Endurance Division

Cross-Country Division

Indoor Cross-Country Division
To be judged by a randomizer. Horse and rider combination will be entered once for every point of corss-country and jumping score they have, divided by two and rounded up; a horse scoring 14 in combined cross-country and jumping would have 7 entries in the randomizer, while a horse scoring 10 would have five entries.
Limit Indoor Cross-Country: Open to horses with a combined cross-country and jumping score of 12 or lower
Open Indoor Cross-Country: Open to horses with a combined cross-country and jumping score of 13 or higher
Entry Fees and Prizes
The entry fee for each class is $40. Half the entry fee will be put into the prize pool for each class. The winner will take 50% of the pool, second place will take 25%, and the remaining 25% will be split evenly between third, fourth, and fifth place. If five horses do not show in a class, the class will be combined with the other class in the division; if the limit section has four entries and the open has four, the two will be combined. If there are still not five horses, the winner will take 25% of the prize pool and no other cash prizes will be awarded. Prize money will not be awarded to horses who are not registered with the SHR. If a non-registered horse places and would otherwise be entitled to prize money, the prize money will be retained by the show.
