Breeding! To breed to your own mare to another stallion, you must first pay the breeding fee (if the stallion owner makes you pay a fee). Once paid, you can post both the stallion's and the mares stats. If it's just your own mare and own stallion, you don't need to pay a fee, just post the stats. The breeding manager will tell you if the breeding was successful or if the mare didn't get pregnant (although, typically this is rare unless the mare is older or in bad health).
The foal will be born 2-3 weeks after breeding takes place and the foals stats will be placed on the foaling board. After the foal is born you must immediatly post the foals stats to the database before you can begin game play with the foal.
The foals stats are determined randomly depending on the difference of the parents stats. Typically, the foal will be in the middle of the parents stat range. If the parents have the same stat in one area, the stat stays the same for the foal. The color is determinded by a real genetic calculator.
