I am Sol, obviously. I have been riding ever since I was 6, so that's about 7 years now. In the winter of 2009-2010, I started searching for a horse and found the love of my life, a 6yo bay OTTB 16.1hh mare named Emma. She was racing fit, not Hunter fit, and was very much shaved. She had been an eventer for a while, so settling her down was a challenge, heck it still is. But we've grown as a pair and we make each other better every day.
I also want to introduce my character, Peyton Undersummer a bit more too.
Peyton has honey blonde hair and very odd blue-gray eyes. She comes from a very wealthy family who owned a private eventing stable. Peyton was incredibly close to her mother, but her dad was more quiet and reserved. He communicated better with horses than anything else.
A fire burned down her family's stable and also killed her mother. Peyton's dad was so depressed he was soon put into mental therapy and her aunt was sent down from New York to live with her.
Peyton is very shy, like her dad, and is good with horses. She loves jumping. She will jump anything on any horse or pony. Dressage is another story, Peyton is okay but with more patience she will get better.
So, what are your stories? You and your character.

I am kjr5horses (SeeingSpots on the horse forum) I am 16 and have been riding since I was 3. So its been....13 years for me! Anyways I have 4.5 horses! Something Glorious (Glory)- Is my POA Varnish roan mare, she and I have been together since we were both 7! She is also in foal and is due may of next year! She is also the horse I based my characters horse off of Impressions Of The Heart (Impress) Is my Paint mare she is amazing to say the least, her father is Impressive Proposal. And I have had her since the day she was born! She is a bay overo, and is very smart and a handful if you don't know how to get on her good side! Sigmund- Is my American Warmblood, he is great at jumping and is huge (16.2 hh) And Steve was my thoroughbred, he is trained in all levels of dressage. But he is now 25 and retired as he now getting skinnier like most older horses do. But is enjoying his life out playing and teaching the colts at the barn their manners! He only started looking his age this year before everyone thought he was 4! Anyways...that's me!

Oh my..you're all so much more experienced! Kinda intimidated. Okay, well, I'm 12 and I've always loved animals but I always pictured myself having a dog/cat rescue...until I got into horses. I started taking riding lessons last September on a quiet QH. Then I started to take jumping lessons on a fat Haflinger named Gilly, who I really loved but he started to turn sour and buck if I didn't let him ride up behind the other horses' butts. Then I found out Cloe's owner was looking for someone to half-lease her and I started to take lessons on her. I learned so much more from her than either of the other lesson ponies. She was the first pony I rode bareback, and now we're going to our first show together. She is such a special little girl. Michaela Patterson is much like myself, shy and quiet. She comes to the barn with a mental list of EXACTLY everything she was planning on doing. She takes riding seriously in the arena but loves to go on trail rides to relax. A bad stadium jumping accident knocked her confidence, but she still loves Cross Country.

Sorry for bumping up this thread, but I thought I'd just say a bit about Kaliegher, because even though I haven't been able to make her profile yet, she's my standard character. Kaliegher (pronounced Collier) Jane Marsh is 14 1/2 just like me, and competed in pony hunters for most of her life. She's practically the spitting image of every show horse girl that shows in AAs. She's actually very sweet on the inside, but catty on the outside to hide her vulnerability. Her horse is Alouette (French for lark), and Alouette's barn name is Ette. Ette can be high strung at times, because she knows when to test her owner. Kaliegher:

Florida Georgia Line is my favourite contry band. Headliners Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley are those people that could make anyone sing along. That's why I like to attend their shows. And - that's surprisingly wonderful - in 2019 they have CAN'T SAY IT AIN'T COUNTRY TOUR which covers all the US towns and cities. For concert info visit Florida Georgia Line Tour Dates 2020.
